The telephone is the quickest route, and the number sits in the header of every page on this site. We are open Monday to Saturday, from early in the morning until early in the evening, and closed on Sunday.
If you would rather put it in writing, use the form on this page or the email address listed with our contact details. Both arrive in the same place and are read by the same people, so it makes no difference which you choose.
Whichever you use, the enquiries we can answer properly are the ones that tell us three things: the address or at least the postcode of the property, roughly what you are hoping to do, and when you would like to start. If you already have drawings, a lease, a planning reference or photographs of the problem, send them. It is the difference between a useful first conversation and a second one arranged to cover what the first could not.
You are not committing to anything by getting in touch, and we do not pass anything you send us to anybody else.

Where we work
Wandsworth, Merton and Wimbledon, Richmond upon Thames, Croydon, Herne Hill and Lambeth, and Uxbridge and Hillingdon — plus south and west London more generally. Our registered office is in Uxbridge, though most of the work is south of the river.
Outside those areas, ring anyway. If it is not a job we should take we will tell you so, and where we can we will point you at somebody local who should.
