Ground Floor Side Extension

We completed a ground floor side infill extension on this family home in Wandsworth, SW18. The property had an existing outrigger, so we extended into the side alley to create one, large room. This has made room for a spacious kitchen and dining area. The large kitchen island takes centre stage. The floor is made from porcelain tile which has been made to look like wooden floorboards. We installed underfloor heating which is controlled by a nest thermostat. The doors to the rear are crittall style and are made from black aluminium.
